Maternity Leave Policy - 1 Jan 2007

This document outlines the Maternity Leave Policy and Procedure for The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (the Trust). The Trust recognises the contributions of its female staff and offers all pregnant employees and new mothers their statutory maternity leave and pay entitlements in line with the Agenda for Change National Terms and Conditions Handbook, Employment Act 2002 and the Works and Families Act 2006.
